• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Items without original packaging or tags.
• Products returned after the return window.
• Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• Bank processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer a replacement or exchange if the delivered product is defective, damaged during transit, or an incorrect item was shipped.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping charges will be borne by Fawkes. In all other eligible cases, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
